PURPOSE: APPROVE SPECIAL EVENT/ST.JUDE THE APOSTLE PARISH TO
HOLD THEIR PARISH PICNIC/JUNE 16-18, 2017
INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Oshkosh that approval is granted to St. Jude the Apostle Parish (Elizabeth Baier) to hold
their Parish Picnic on Friday,June 16,2017,from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.;Saturday,June 17,
2017,from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.;and Sunday,June 18,2017,from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.,
in accordance with the municipal code and the attached application, with the following
exceptions/conditions:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as a condition of approval, the Event Organizer
shall pay the City's actual costs for extraordinary services.
