1 am requcsting that the usc of my property change (rom a two-family usc m a single-family usc. I
understand Ihal [o change [he proper[y back to [wo-family use the s[ructure would need to meet then
wrtent code requiremen[s pertaining to lhe new use. This may require remodeling [he en[ire
struc[ure [o comply with code requirements such as Ihe following:
Fire blocking • Ins[alla[ion of Headers
Insulation • Pire separa[ion Requirements
Draft stopping • Electrical, Plumbing, Heating Updates
Smoke Detection • Pazking Regulations
Code Compliant Exiting (interior and exterior stairways)
I am also awaze ihat if the two-farnily use of Ihe property discontinues, [he Iwo-fan ily use may
never be reestablished again due [o Zoning Regulations including the following:
Minimum Lot S[andards per Ihe Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 30
o Width:60'minimum
o Depth: 100' minimum
o Area: 7,200 square feet minimum
