The plans include the following exterior modifications to the building:
1. Windows (Marvin Historic Series with metal clad exterior – same size and location as
originals)
2. Roof repair
3. Siding on third floor (wood vertical batt and board siding system)
4. Siding on the eastern portion of the structure (horizontal and vertical metal siding)
5. Painting existing CMU block
6. Painting or metal wrap existing fascia
7. Removing existing and replace with new the gutters and down spouts
8. Reusing existing awnings and adding additional awnings to match existing construction
