HomeMy WebLinkAbout18. 17-214 APRIL 25, 2017 17-214 RESOLUTION (CARRIED 7-0 LOST LAID OVER WITHDRAWN ) PURPOSE: APPROVE SPECIAL EVENT / OSHKOSH GARDEN CLUB / UTILIZE FRONT GROUNDS OF THE OSHKOSH PUBLIC MUSEUM FOR THE OSHKOSH GARDEN CLUB PLANT SALE/ MAY 20, 2017 INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that approval is granted to Oshkosh Garden Club (Kathy Zillges) to utilize front grounds of Oshkosh Public Museum, on Saturday,May 20,2017,from 8:00 a.m.to 1:00 p.m. for the Oshkosh Garden Club Plant Sale, in accordance with the municipal code and the attached application, with the following exceptions/conditions: A. B. C. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as a condition of approval, the Event Organizer shall pay the City's actual costs for extraordinary services.
