The follow is the recommended prioritized list of bike facility improvements based on
staff research.

Wisconsin St. – Bike Lane
2. Oaklawn Elementary School – Not in LMI
N Main St. – Bike Lanes
3. Jefferson Elementary School –

5. Bicycle and Pedestrian Circulation Plan update – Technical Assistance Award
The Planning Services Division will be facilitating the Bicycle and Pedestrian Circulation
Plan update process in early winter 2017. Ms. Naudziunas would like to continue the
discussion on the update. The City of Oshkosh has been awarded services through the
Technical Assistance Program through the East Central Wisconsin Regional Planning
Commission. More information on the program can be found in your packet.
