1. Waukau Avenue
a. (Near Bellfield Drive) – South side
2. Algoma Boulevard
a. Westside of along Riverside Cemetery
b. There are a number of burial plots near Algoma Blvd. The Parks Department is
looking into this project, but there may not be potential due to utility poles, tree
and burial plots too close to the road.
3. Bowen Street
a. West side north of Murdock
4. West Linwood Avenue
a. Ontario Street to one lot east of Walnut Street (north side) (close to Oshkosh
North High School)
5. South Washburn Street
a. 20th Avenue to Highway 44 (west side).
6. Wiouwash Trail Connection
a. North side of Cemetery
b. Or connection off of Algoma Boulevard
Future projects 2018
7. West 9th Avenue
a. Graceland Drive to Greenfield Trail (north side of street)
b. Note: Steve Gohde said the one or two properties that are in the Town of
Algoma on West 9th Avenue will be coming into the city in March 2018.
8. West South Park Avenue
a. South Koeller Street to South Washburn Street (north side of street) (over
Highway 41)
b. Note: Steve Gohde said there is possible ditch work or right of way issues. By
putting it out to 2018 or further this could be looked at.
9. Morgan Avenue
a. Vinland Avenue to North High School (south side of street)
b. Note: The only lot in city jurisdiction is the corner lot, 1275 Morgan Ave. The
rest of Morgan Ave. is school property. Steve Gohde said we could possibly ask
Jim Fox (Superintendent of Building and Grounds for the Oshkosh Area Schools)
if the school system would be interested in completing the sidewalk on the south
side of Morgan St. so that it links up with their sidewalk on the west side of the
Oshkosh North High School building.
