Norton
Jim Collins
Mike Norton inquired when committees were formed for the TDP. Jim
Collins replied committees were formed in January and there is a lot
on the agenda such as looking how routes are performing, service to
the south industrial park and fare structure. David Vickman added
that many times when fares are increased, ridership decreases.
Carolyn Panske asked for an update at the next meeting.
Mike Norton would like to see bus stops that are user friendly all year
round. He told some stops are not cleared in a timely manner and
different drivers stop in different areas; some stop by the nearest
driveway, others at the bus stop sign, and some stop by the
snowbank. Evelyn Meuret stated it is hard to predict where the bus
will stop.
Jim Collins explained drivers are to stop at the nearest driveway if
there is a snowbank by the bus stop sign.
