PURPOSE: APPROVE SPECIAL EVENT / PLAYERS PIZZA & PUB / UTILIZE
SOUTH PARK FOR THE 9TH ANNUAL PARK DANCE / JULY 7,
2017
INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Oshkosh that approval is granted to Players Pizza & Pub (Carla Nigl) to utilize South Park
(Shelter 1) on Friday, July 7, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. (event time 6:30 p.m. to
10:30 p.m.) for the 9th Annual Park Dance in accordance with the municipal code and the
attached application, with the following exceptions/conditions:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as a condition of approval, the Event Organizer
shall pay the City’s actual costs for extraordinary services.
