The submittal described above has bem reviewed for confortnance with applicable Wismnsin Admimstrative Codes
and Wisconsin Statutes. The submittal has been CONDITIONALLY APPROVED. 17te ownei, as defined in
chapter 101.01(10), Wisconsin Stamtes, is responsible for compliance wi[h all code mquirements.
The foliowmg conditions shall be met dunng construction or installation and pnor to occupanry or use:
• ILHR 50.12 This review does mt include lighting. The owner should be ceminded that ligh[ing plans and
calculations are required to be submitted for review and approval pnw to irisiallation.
• ILHR 50.155 This structure is indicaced as being fully pmtecred by an automatic fire sprinkler sysrem (see
NFPA I3). This approval does not include a review of [he system. The�owner shall have and make available
upon reques[ by the department a copy of [he repo�[s documenting the acceptability of the comple�ed System
(see NFPA 13-1989, sections 1-10 and 1-11).

problem.
