( +$16,124.71) BACKGROUND Change Order No. 2 for Contract 14 -10 is scheduled for consideration by the Common Council at the September 27, 2016 meeting. The contract was originally awarded to Dorner, Inc. in October of 2014, and Change Order No. 1 was approved in February of 2016. This change order is for additional services provided. ANALYSIS Following is a summary of the significant changes to each section of the CIP: • TIF #23 — Added rip rap and associated restoration in severely eroded areas of the banks of two drainage ponds. FISCAL IMPACT Private and public infrastructure projects in TID #23, which have been funded with a State Trust Fund Loan and General Obligation debt, have created a funding source for this Change Order.
