PURPOSE: APPROVE SPECIAL EVENT / UW- OSHKOSH / UTILIZE CITY
STREETS AND THE WIOUWASH TRAIL FOR THE TOUR de
TITAN / OCTOBER 22, 2016
INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Oshkosh that approval is granted to UW- Oshkosh (Christine Gantner) to utilize city streets:
WIOUWASH Trail, Summit Avenue, Arboretum Drive, River Mill Road, Oshkosh Avenue,
Koeller Street, Taft Avenue, Westfield Street, & Josslyn Street on Saturday, October 22,
2016 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for the Tour de Titan bike ride in accordance with the
municipal code and the attached application, with the following exceptions /conditions:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as a condition of approval, the Event Organizer
shall pay the City's actual costs for extraordinary services.
