Our scope of work (see attached) is in accordance with specifications provided by
Commercial Consultants Group. This firm was hired by the School District to administer
the roofing project. The cost of the project is $63,381.00.

1. Overview - Scope Of Work & Bid Bond Requirements
1.1 Bid Bond Requirements
Bid Bonds will be in an amount of not less than five Percent (5%) of the total bidding
price and must accompany all bids. Bid Bonds from the three (3) lowest Bidders will be
retained by the Owner until the contract is awarded or other disposition is made thereof.
Bid bonds of all other Bidders will be returned promptly after bids are opened and read.
All Bidders agree that the Oshkosh Area School District has the right to hold any such
Bid Bond for a period up to but not exceeding thirty (30) days from the date of bid
opening. Please refer to Article 3 for further details.

Contractor shall remove all roofing components (e.g., insulation, sheet metal,
waterproofing 'materials, abandoned projections, shingles, etc.) and properly
dispose of same.
Contractor shall secure new tapered and flat stock insulation to properly
prepared decks in accordance with the Specifications.
Contractor shall install new 4~ply built-up waterproofing system, including APP
flashings, in strict accordance with published NRCA guidelines. All surface
materials shall be covered with hot asphalt and aggregate; all exposed
flashings shall receive two (2) coats of aluminizer as a finishing step.
Contractor shall install new shingles on those roofing sections that currently
have a shingled configuration. See details in specifications.
Contractor shall install all new components, including gutters and downspouts
where applicable, as well as new KynarO finished sheet metal, in strict
accordance with SMACNA guidelines.
Contractor shall observe all accepted safety guidelines, inclusive of currently
published OSHA safety procedures.
1.3 Bid Due Date
All Bids are due, pursuant to the details contained herein, no later than
