HomeMy WebLinkAbout25. 16-386JULY 26, 2016 16 -386 RESOLUTION (CARRIED 6-0 LOST LAID OVER WITHDRAWN ) PURPOSE: APPROVE SPECIAL EVENT / REACH COUNSELING SERVICES AND CHRISTINE ANN DOMESTIC ABUSE SERVICES / UTILIZE CITY STREETS FOR THEIR TAKE BACK THE NIGHT EVENT / OCTOBER 5, 2016 INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that approval is granted to Reach Counseling Services and Christine Ann Domestic Abuse Services (Marianne Radley and Leslie Wartgow) to utilize city streets: Osceola Avenue, Pearl Avenue, Division Street, Jackson Street, and Algoma Boulevard on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. for their Fox Valley Take Back the Night event in accordance with the municipal code and the attached application, with the following exceptions /conditions: BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as a condition of approval, the Event Organizer shall pay the City's actual costs for extraordinary services.
