HomeMy WebLinkAbout24. 16-330JUNE 28, 2016 16-330 RESOLUTION (CARRIED 7-0 LOST________LAID OVER________WITHDRAWN________) PURPOSE: APPROVE SPECIAL EVENT / OSHKOSH NORTH HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT COUNCIL / UTILIZE CITY STREETS FOR THEIR OSHKOSH NORTH HOMECOMING PARADE / OCTOBER 14, 2016 INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that approval is granted to Oshkosh North High School Student Council (Rick Lieb) to utilize City streets (Tyler Avenue and Josslyn Street) on Friday, October 14, 2016 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for their Oshkosh North Homecoming Parade in accordance with the municipal code and the attached application, with the following exceptions/conditions: A. B. C. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as a condition of approval, the Event Organizer shall pay the City’s actual costs for extraordinary services.
