Eagle Street, Porter Avenue, Hawk Street, Southland Avenue, N. Sawyer Street, and Taft Avenue; 3 mile to include: N. Eagle Street, Southland Avenue, Westfield Avenue, Oshkosh Avenue, Maple Avenue, Punhoqua Street, N. Sawyer Street, Hawk Street and Porter Avenue) on Sunday, September 18, 2016, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for their Walk MS Oshkosh event in accordance with the municipal code and the attached application, with the following exceptions/conditions: A.
