PURPOSE: APPROVE SPECIAL EVENT / WINNEBAGO COUNTY FAIR
ASSOCIATION / UTILIZE SUNNYVIEW EXPOSITION CENTER FOR
WINNEBAGO COUNTY FAIR / AUGUST 3, 4, 5, 6, & 7, 2016
INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Oshkosh that approval is granted to Winnebago County Fair Association (Tom Egan) to
utilize Sunnyview Exposition Center Wednesday through Saturday, August 3, 4, 5, & 6,
2016, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. each day, and on Sunday, August 7, 2016 from 8:00 a.m.
to 10:00 p.m. for their Winnebago County Fair, in accordance with the municipal code and
the attached application, with the following exceptions/conditions:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as a condition of approval, the Event Organizer
shall pay the City’s actual costs for extraordinary services.
