PURPOSE: APPROVE SPECIAL EVENT / JOHN SAKSCHEK / UTILIZE OPERA
HOUSE SQUARE FOR FRANK JO – INSPIRATION CELEBRATION
SERIES / JUNE 25, 2016 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 24, 2016
(SATURDAYS)
INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Oshkosh that approval is granted to John Sakschek to utilize Opera House Square on
June 25, 2016 through September 24, 2016 (all Saturdays excluding July 16, 2016; July
23, 2016; August 20, 2016; August 27, 2016, September 10, 2016; and September 17,
2016) from 10:00 a.m. to1:00 p.m., for their Franki Jo – Inspiration Celebration series, in
accordance with the municipal code and the attached application, with the following
exceptions/conditions:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as a condition of approval, the Event Organizer
shall pay the City’s actual costs for extraordinary services.
