If I interpreted Allen correctly it sounds like I should reach out regarding the liquor license I have up for renewal at the
Granary. I do have a lease out to potential tenants. They have spent a significant amount of time and money to get to
this point. They currently own several other locations and have the financial capability of doing this. Their architect has
been working with David Buck and company on plans (attached) ETC... We hope to have construction / rehab starting in
the next 30 days. With them opening in late summer. Let me know if you have any questions or if you feel as though I
need to be at council meeting when license is on agenda ?
