HomeMy WebLinkAbout24. 16-264 MAY 24, 2016 16-264 RESOLUTION (CARRIED 7-0 LOST LAID OVER WITHDRAWN ) PURPOSE: APPROVE SPECIAL EVENT / SOLUTIONS RECOVERY INC / UTILIZE MENOMINEE PARK & CITY STREETS FOR THEIR RETHINK ADDICTION RUN WALK/ SEPTEMBER 10, 2016 INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that approval is granted to Solutions Recovery Inc. (Gloria West) to utilize Menominee Park & city streets (Evans Street, Cleveland Avenue, Grove Street, Parkway Avenue, Hazel Street, E New York Avenue and Menominee Drive)on Saturday September 10, 2016 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., for their ReThink Addiction Run event, in accordance with the municipal code and the attached application, with the following exceptions/conditions- A. B. C. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as a condition of approval, the Event Organizer shall pay the City's actual costs for extraordinary services.
