PURPOSE: APPROVE SPECIAL EVENT / BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF
OSHKOSH / UTILIZE THE OSHKOSH BOYS & GIRLS CLUB AT
539 BROAD STREET FOR THEIR NATIONAL NIGHT OUT
EVENT / AUGUST 2, 2016
INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Oshkosh that approval is granted to Boys and Girls Club of Oshkosh (Lori Fields) to utilize
the Oshkosh Boys & Girls Club at 539 Broad Street on Tuesday, August 2, 2016, from 6:00
p.m. to 10:00 p.m. for their National Night Out event in accordance with the municipal code
and the attached application, with the following exceptions/conditions:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as a condition of approval, the Event Organizer
shall pay the City’s actual costs for extraordinary services.
