PURPOSE: APPROVE SPECIAL EVENT / WISCONSIN ALLIANCE OF BASS
TOURNAMENT ANGLERS / UTILIZE RAINBOW PARK FOR THEIR
WISCONSIN ALLIANCE OF BASS TOURNAMENT ANGLERS
EVENT/ JULY 17, 2016
INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Oshkosh that approval is granted to Wisconsin Alliance of Bass Tournament Anglers
(Mark Duerr) to utilize Rainbow Park on Sunday, July 17, 2016 from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
for their Wisconsin Alliance of Bass Tournament Anglers event in accordance with the
municipal code and the attached application, with the following exceptions/conditions:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as a condition of approval, the Event Organizer
shall pay the City's actual costs for extraordinary services.
