The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows: SECTIOV 1. That Section 6-8 of-the Oshkosh Municipal Code Qertaining to Dog Not to Run at Large is hereby amended to read as £olloo�s: - No person shall permit an+� Doq �to run at large in the City at any time. Each owner of any such Dog is required to . con£ine it within the limits of his or her premises except - when it is attended by some p2rson, and in such cases dogs shall be fastened secUrely to a sui-table leash not more than ten (10)£eet in length. For purposes uf this action, the phrase "running at large" embraces all places within the City except the owner's premises, and incl.udes all. streets, alleys, sidewalks, or other public property �aliich may abut on said owner's premises. - SECTION 2.
