The Common Council ef. tY,e City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 27-24 ;A-8) of the Oshkosh Municipal
Code pertaining to thru streets is h=_reby zmended by adding thereto
the following:
WESTF3AVEN DRIVE except at its intersection with W. 20th Avenue
