FINAL RESOLUTION - GRADING 6
WHEREAS� the Common Council of tt:e City of Oshkosh held a public
hearing on the l6th day of September, 1974 at 7:00 p.m. for the �
purpose of hearing all interested persons concerning the prelimi.nary
resolutions and reports oE the City Manager (BOard o£ Pvblic Works) on
the proposed improvements consisting of the grading & graveling on
the Eollowing street, all pursuant to Resolution $19 oi August 1,
1974 of the Oshkosh Coamion Councile
WILSON AVENUE - Plymouth Street to 171 £eet east of Crane Streat.��
ROOSEVELT AVENUE - Sheridan Street to 171 feet east o£ Crane
- Street � - . .
CRANE STREET - Linwood Avenue to Wilson Avenue
ALDEN AVENUE - Walnut Street to 132.6 feet west of Walnut�Street
WILSON AVENUE - 100 £eet west o£ Hamilton Street to 300 feet
west of Hamilton Avenue
NOW, THEREFORE, BE.IT RESOLVED by the Coimnon Council o£ the City
of Oshkosh as followsc � �
1. That the report of the City Manager,.acting as the�HOard of-
Public Works, pertaining to the construction of the above described
puhlic improvements, including plans and specifications therefore, is
hereby adopted and approved with the £ollowing modif.ications:

2. That the action of the City Manager in advertising for bids
and to carry out the work of such improvements in accordance with�the
report of the City Manager and in accordance with the said resolutions
heretofore adopted, is hereby approved, ratified�and confirmed.
3. That payment £or said improvements be made by assessing the
cost of the property beneEited as indicated in said report, except as
modified herein. �� �
9. That the benefits and damages shown on the report as modified
are true and correct and aze hereby confirmed: .
5. That the assessments Eor all projects included in said �
report are hereby combined as a single assessment but any interested
property owner shall be �entitled to object to each assessment sep-
arately or both assessments jointly for any purpose or purposes_
6. That the assessments may be paid in cash, or in installments��
pursuant to Section 25-83 thru 25-89 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code.
Said deferred payments to bear interest at the rate of eight percent
{RR) per anawT on the uiAyaid 'uaiance. The City Clerk shaii publ3sh an
installment assessment notice in accordance with Section 66.54 (7) (e)
of the Wisconsin Statutes for 1969 in the offici.al newspaper o£ the �
City.
7. The City Clerk is directed to publish this resolution in the
official newspaper of the City, the OSHROSH DAILY NORTHWESTERN.
8• "The City Clerk is further directed to mail a copy oE this
resolution-to every property owner whose name appears on the assess-
ment ro11 whose post office address is known or can with zeasonable
