BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh
that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed
to purchase the £ollowing described property at a purchase price
of $1,500.00 from Elmer A. Rossel and F.dna Kossel:
That part of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 11, T18N,
R16E, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, described as
follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said NE 1/4
of SE 1/4, thence northerly 30 feet along the east line of
said Section 11; thence North 89° 44' West, 350.12 £eet;
thence North 99° 24' East, 668.35 f.eet; thence South 89° 44'
East, 50.47 feet to the place of beginning; thence South
89° 44' East, 260 feet to the West line o£ Jackson Street;
thence southerly along the West line of Jackson Street,
6.35 £eet; thence westerly 260.08 feet to the place of
beginning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that money for this purpose is hereby
appropriated from the Street Improvement Fund, Account No. 338999
of the 1974 Budget.
