DEC 51974 #. 17 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the City of Oshkosh has been negotiating with representatives of the Oshkosh Professional Policemen's Association, and WHEREaLS, the conclusions o£ said negotiations have been reduced to the attached agreement, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the proper City offic:Lals are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached agreement with the Oshkosh Professional Policemen's Association for the 1975 calendar year covering the second year of a two-year contract. The City shall £urther pay up to $56.49 per mo�ith for health insurance based upon the £amily plan. 3. That page 14, subsection 1, is hereby amended to read as follows_ "Sergeants and lieutenants shall receive longevity pay as defin_d in Farticle VII of this coatract".
