Box 1130 215 Church Avenue Oshkosh, lJisconsin 54901 Dear Mr. Schneider: SUBJECT: Project 6434-1-71 24th Street, City of Oshkosh USH 45 Winnebago County Project 6110-2-71 South County Line - Oshkosh Road STH 44 Winnebago County Enclosed are three copies each of the "Request for Programming and Construction" forms restatin9 the terms and conditions for resurfacing of South Park Street (STH 44) and 24th Street (USH 45) in the City of Oshkosh which �4r. Ken Nelson discussed with you over the phone on December 12, 1974. These replace previous agreements sent to you on October 2> 1973. The revision on USH 45 provides for the City of Oshkosh to pay 100% of the entire project rather than 100� of a portion within the city's construction limits. To compensate for this, the agreement on STH 44 reduces the city's cost from 100% to 30% for the work between CTH "K" and Knapp Street. The total cost to the city will be substantially reduced from approximately i30,000 to $21,000 under this arrangement. Kindly obtain the necessary signatures and return the forms to this office for further processing, retaining the copy marked "City of Oshkosh".
