The Cor.�mon Council hereby declares its intention to exerci.se its power under Section 66.60 of the Flisconsin Statutes to levy special assessments upon property within the following described areas for benefits conferred upon such property by improving the following named streets, said public improvement to include the following: WATER F'EEDER MAIN ONLY GEORGIA STREET - from F?est Seventeenth Avenue to West Twentieth Avenue WEST TWENTIETH AVENU� - from 800 feet west of Georgia Stzeet to McCurdy Street NiEST TWENTIETH AVENUE - from Delaware Street to 184 feet west of Iowa Street WEST TWENTIETH AVENUE - from Iowa Street to Montana Street MONTF�NA STREET -£rom West Twentieth Avenue to West Twenty-Third ?+venue SVEST TWENTY-THIRD AVENUE - from Montana Street to Oregon Street WEST WAURAU AVENUE - from 116 £eet west o£ Oregon Street to 836 feet west of Oregon Street � � �i ,.�..ae -_ ____ '_ �c ;..., � Z• t o� a _Fa.e.-� �t�t, �F n..M.....li 3. WATFP.SESDER MAIN - Con't. 6. The Board of Public Works is directel to prepare a report consisting o£: (a) Final plans and specifications for said. imorovements. (b) An estimate of the entire cost of the improvements and laterals. (c) An estimate as to each parcel of. property within the assess- . ment district of: (1) The assessment of benefits to be � levied for each improvement. (7.) The damages to be awarded for property taken or damages by each improvement. (3} 'rGe net ?.n::oaa� oE be::��"_`.: oa� r 3am.-.g-ss :,_ oL -1acr:�y•_s over benef.its for each improvement. - Upon completion of such report, the Board of PUblic Y!ork� is directed to file a copy thereof in the City Clerk's Office for public inspection. 7, Upon receiving the report of the Board of Publ.ic Works, the City Clerl: is directed to give notice of a public hearing on such reports as specified in Section 66.60 (7} of the Wisconsin Statutes. The hearing shall be held by the Board of Public works at the Covncil Chambers in the City Hall at a time set by the Clerk in accordance with Section 66.60 (7) of the Wisconsin Statutes. 8, The Nlisconsin Public Service Corporation of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, is hereby required to install gas mains in said street ar.d ser.vice laterals at such intervals as the Board of Public Works shall direct, said work to be completed prior to the improvement of the said street, the City C1erY, shall forward a certified copy of this resolution to said corporation forthwith. ,.� -- ° 9 . i � +h yq .. � ,.+o shn _ ���_ 10. The installation of said street improvements shall be accomplished according to the provisions of Section 25-3 thru 25-11 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code.
