BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City o£ Oshkosh
that the proper City o£ficials are hereby authori.zed and directed
to enter into an appropriate Pipe Line Crossing Permit with the
Soo Line Railroad Company covering pipe line for sanitary sewer
at a cost of $116.19 for the period o£ July 1� 1971 Y.o July 1, 1976.

21 inch Sanitaxy Sewer crosaing at Station 9347+33 (Winnebago)
Oshkosh� Wisconsin.
This Department will be asked to approve the issuance of
the permit� but before doing so� we must know whether any
of this Company�s pxoperty will be assesseL for ar.y part of
the cost of this project,

There is a$100.00 preparation fee� plus annua7. xer.tal billed on a five-
year basis as follotas:

4. The Licenue shall be responsible fo� demnnining the location and existenee of any pipes, wire�, conduits, sewers, piling o� othee
obs[m<tions to the con�tmclion ot Licwsee's piPe line and shall indemnify Rtilroad Company for any and all Iiabiiity for damage to ihe foregoing
pipes, wiees, conduits, xwers, pi:ir.S o other obs�metimis, if eny, cuused by ihe mnstmction or maintenance of Licensee's pipe line. The Ra�lmad
