BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh
that th= proper City ofiicials are hereby authorized and directed
to enter into an appropriate agreement with the Division of Highways,
Wisconsin Department of Transportation for the construction of
concrete paving in Oshkosh Avenue and Congress Avenue in the City o£
Oshkosh, said project being described as follows:

Programming and Construction of a Federal Aid Highway Improvement
Project" forms setting £orth terms and conditions of said Censtrcctio❑
program.
BE IT P[7RTHER RESOLVED that the total estimated cost for said
project is $705,000 to be funded by the Federal and State agencies
with 858 of the total cost ($535,000)�and municipal funding of 158
in the amount of $170,000.
