FINAL RESOLUTION - Coacrete paving of portions o£ Congress
Avenue, High Avenue, Cshkosh Avenue, and
North Sawyer Street -- also asphalt over-
lay o£ portion o£ Alqoma Boulevard
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City oE Oshkosb. held a public
hearing on the lst day of t-iay, 1975 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose o£
nearing all interested persons concerning the preliminary resolution
and report oE the City Manager (BOard of Public Works) on the proposed
improvement consisting of the concrete paving with coacrete curb and
gaLter and asphalt overlay and appurtenant_ worY, on the follo�aing
streets, pursuant to resolution of September 20, 1973 of the Oshkosh
Comnon Council:

ALGOMA BOULEVARD - From Congress .AVenu� to High Avenue
CONCRETE PAVING
CONGRESS AVENUE - Fzom the Fox River to Algoma Boulevard
HIGH AVENUE - From Congress F�venue to Algoma Boulevard
OSHKOSH AVENUE - From the Fox River to intersection of County
Trunk Highway "00"
NORTH SAWYER STREET - From Sawyer Creeic to Oshkosh Avenue
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESO;.,VED by the Common Council of the
City of Oshkosh as £ollowss
1. That the report of the City Manager, acting as the Board
of �uSlic i4orks, aertainiag to the constzuction of cne above described
public imp.rovements, including plans and specifications therefore,
is hereby adopted and approved wi_th the following modifi.cations:

2. That the action of the City Manager in advertising for bids
and to carry out the work of such improvements in accordance with the
report o£ the City Manager and in accordance with the said resolution
heretofore adopted, is hereby approced, rati£ied and confirmed.
3. Tha± payment Eor said improvesents be made by assessing the
cost o£ the p,-operty bene°ited as indicated in said report, except
as modified herein.
4. That the benePits and damages shown on the report as modified
are true and corzect a:zd are hereby confirmed.
5. That the assessments for alJ. projec*s inclnded in said
r.eport are h�reby combin�d as a s9.ng].e assessmen*_ b�at zny in*_erested
property owncr shall be entitled to object to each a.ssessment
separately er both assessments jointly £or any purpose or purposes.

6. That the assessments may be paid in cash, or in installments
pursuant to Section 25-83 thru 25-89 of +t�e Oshkosh Municipal Code.
Said d�ferred payments to bear interest at the rate of eight percent
(8;-) per annum on the unpaid balance. The City Clerk shall publish
an installment assessment notice in accordance with Sectioa 66.54
(7) (�) of the Alisconsin Statutes £or 1971 in the of:icial newspaper
o£ the City. �
� 7. The City Clerk is directed to p,�blish this resolution in the
official newspaper of the City, the OSHKOSH DAILY NORTHWESTERN.
8. TY,e Cit� Clerl: is £urther dir�acted to mail a copy o£ this
resolution to every property owner whose nam_ appears on the assessment
ro7.1 cchose post office address is known or can with reasonable
diligence be ascertained.
