Dear Mr. Rabe,
AECOM Technical Services, Ina (AECOM) is pleased to provide lhis Agreemen[ for Stormwater
Management Assistance during �he calendar year 2076 (CV2016) tor the City of Oshkosh (City)
Department of Public Works. AECOM has been assisting the City of Oshkosh with ongoing needs
for the stormwater management program for over 8 years. AECOM's team is dedicated to
continuing providing the high level of expertise and quality of service as provided in [he past W ith
�he recent evolution of a few of AECOM's staff, we are proposing the following team. Chuck
Boehm, Senior Stormwater Manager, Theran Jacobson, Design and Modeling Engineer, Ashley
Leisgang, Stormwater Resources Engineer, John Voorhees, Senior Modeling Engineer, and Paul
Timm, Account Manager as the core support gmup. In addition, AECOM's group of pmfessional
stafl that consists of Civil, StmcWral, Geotechnical Environmental Engineers, Geologist,
Construction Management and support stafl is still available. The expertise AECOM staff can
provide to ihe City not only covers, planning, modeling, permitting bul pmvides innovative
approaches to problem solving, projecl design, and cons�ruction. AECOM staffs long history with
Ihe City of Oshkosh has contributed to a high number of successful projects.
This scope is a continuation o( that work. Specifically, for 2016, AECOM will provitle general
stortnwater assistance at the City's request AECOM will assist ciry staff to address stormwater
related issues including: wmpliance with the Stormwater Permik stormwater polW[ion
management assessments, and o[her rela[ed [opics at ihe city's discretion.
Budget and Schedule
This agreement is intended for use as a general account project contract for stormwater
management assistance to the Department of Public Works, under which services will be authorized
and invoiced on a task by task basis. For each projectltask request for environmental support,
AECOM will complete a Project AuthorizationNVOrk Order Form (attached) containing the scope of

work and estimated costs, and submit for approval to Mc Rabe or other appmpriate personnel in [he
Department of Public Works. Upon receipt ot the authorized Work Order, AECOM will set up a task
under this authorized AECOM project contract. This AECOM project contract will be considered
complete when all the work and deliverables for the authorized Work Orders in CY2016 has been
completed and submitted.
If services lo be provided under this proposal require the agents, employees, or contractors of
AECOM to enter onto the Project site, Client shall provide right-of-access to the site to AECOM, its
employees, agenis, and contrectors, to conduct the planned field observations or services. The
services described in this proposal will be provided on a time and materials basis. 8ased upon the
above scope of services, and as discussed with ihe City of Oshkosh, the estima[ed budge[ for this
project contract to provide stormwater management assistance services for City of Oshkosh
CY2018 Department of Public Works projects is $20,000. The services provided will be performed
in accordance with the negotiated 2016 Fee Schedule and the conditions of the 2009 City of
Oshkosh Negotiated General Conditions of Service, which are expressly incorporated into, and are
an integral part of, our contract for professional services. AECOM can begin providing these
services immediately upon receipt of the signed Authorization Form (attached).

shipping chaiges, special fees, permits, Special insurance and licenses, outsitle compuler time, and miscellaneous costs.

basis of acNal cost plus a five percenl (5 %) Fee. All other intemal expenses (reprotluction, telephone, facsimile, etc.) will be
charged wi[h five (5) percent mark up.
