Fees recommended for updating include various Lakeshore Municipal Golf Course fees and Pollock Community Water Pazk fees. Some Lakeshore Municipal Golf Course fees were revised in 2013. The fees being recommended foi increases at this time were not adjusted in 2013. The attached schedule of fees includes five fees being recommeuded for increases: walki�g 9 holes (spring/fal]) from $12 to $12.50; walkiog 18 holes (spring/fall) from $17 to $18; 9 hole cart per person from $7.50 ro$8; 18 hole carc per person from $11 to $12; and twilight golf from $12 to $12.50. The Pollock Community Water Park fees have no[ changed since the faciliry was opened in 2006. The attached schedule of fees includes increases for season passes: youth season pass from $45 [o $55; adult season pass from $55 to $65; se�ior pass from $45 to $55; family pass (up to 4 members in family) from $120 to $140; and addi[ional family membeis from $10 to $15. In additioq currently children age three and under enter the facility for free. The recommended fee schedule changes that so children age hvo and under enter the faciliry for free. ANALYSIS Fee comparisons and surveys were completed by Parks Departmen[ stafffor all [he fees included in [his proposal. The Advisory Pazk Board reviewed [his information at their September 2015 meeting. All of the proposed fees were recommended for approval by the Advisory Pazk Board. The anticipated revenues from these fees were included in the recently adopted 2016 budgets for the pool and golf course. FISCAL IMPACT Staff estimates the revised pool fees will generate an additional $7,500 aud the revised golf coutse fees aze estimated to generate a� additional $10,000. RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends approva] of the proposed fees which would be effective January 1, 2016.
