The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows: SECTION 1. That Section 27-55.1 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code is hereby created to read as follows: Sec. 27-55.1. (3) HEAVY TRUCKS PROHIBITED ON OTHER STREETS.
