PURPOSE: AMEND FEE SCHEDULE TO INCREASE ANNUAL RECYCLING
FEE TO $35 PER UNIT
INITIATED BY: DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
WHEREAS, the Solid Waste Disposal Ordinance, Chapter 23, of the Municipal
Code provides for the adoption of a fee schedule for various refuse, garbage, and
recyclables pick-up, and permit fees for yard waste disposal.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the fee for recyclables as identified
on the Solid Waste Disposal Fee Schedule is hereby increased to $35 per year per
residential unit and shall be in full force and effect on and after January 1, 2016.
