BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh
that the attac�ed Pay Plan for admini�trative, technical. and
professional personnel is hereby adopted for the 1976 calendar
year. �
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Pay Plan is adopted for the
positions listed.

E�ployeas in the City of Oshkosh administrative, technical and professional
salaried adm3nistration plan sha12 xeceive the following benefits:
VA��TIO�
All per�sanent eaployees having completed one year of continuous service
or �ore sha�l be entitled to a vacatioa and shall earn annual vacations
with pay. The vacation schedule sha11 be as fallows: two weeks of time
off after one year of continuous service; three weeks of time off with
pay a€ter f ive years of continuous service; four weeks of tim.e of f with
pay after ten years of continuous service; five weeks of time off with

If aa e�pZopee has been on military leave, Ieave of absence without pay,
layoff or receiving workmen's compensation for an on-the-job inj ury for
�ore than thirty days during the period used to determine his annual
earned vacatian, he shall receive pro rata vacation on the basis of 1/12
of his total a2Zowable annual vacation for each calendar month of completed
serv3ce during the said annual period.
All necTly-hired enrployees shall, as of 3anuary 1, following the year
o� tizeir emp2oy�ent, be entitled ta vacation in proportion to their
length of service. The minimum vacation alZowable under this provision
_shall be one day for one full manth of service and time allowable shall.

E�ployees shall have earned said vacation as of Januar� 1, of each year
and sa.id vacatiQn must be taken in the calendar year following the year
in whic'r. it was earned. No vacation shall be permitted to accumulate

shall have paid holidays in accordance with t�e labor agreernent of the
bargaining unit of that respective department.
SZC:� L�_�'E WI'Zfi PAY
A?1 e�loyezs shall accumulate sick leavz with pay benefits at the rate
of one day for each manth of coapleted service. As a condition of sick
Ieave gap�ent, absences to be coverad by this provision shall be reported
to the dzpart�ent head of other disignated e�loyee prior to the schedulad
starting ti�e for work, except in case of emergency.
An e�loyee shall be eligible to use accured sick Ieave with pay for
a period of absence from ecaployment whi.ch is due to his personal illness,
bodily injury or exposure to contagious disease. Employees qualified

AL1. regular eBployees sha11 be eligible for the grnup hospitalization
insurance p3aa. The City shall pay up to 88:52 dollars per monrh
towards the preni� of this policy. The City shall pay the full premium
of the Wisconsin Group Life Insurance Policy. Citp partic3pation in
the cost of any such group hospitalization premium or life insurance
will ter~.�inate when an employee terminates his employment or has his
eLplop�aent terainated for any reason.
WISCO:iS�i RETIREME_�T FUYD
Tiiere is presently in effect in the City a retirement plan knawn as the
jr�2SCOR5122 Retirenent Fund. This fund is covered in Chapter 41, Wisconsin
Statutes 1973. In addition ta the statutory requirements, the employ�
shall pay to ��retirement fund an amount up to 5% of the employees
gross wages for general employees, up to 6% for the Police Chief, and
up to 8% for the �'ire Chief.
