BE IT RESOLVED by the City Cauncil of the City of Oshkosh, �disconsin, that there shall be issued the negotiable general obligation bonds of said city in the principal amount of $70,000 for the purpose of acquiring a fire engine. For the purpose of paying the various installments of principal and interest on said bonds as they severally mature, there is hereby leviec? on all taxable proper•ty in said city a direct annual irrepealable tax sufficient for that purpose.
