The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as £ollows: SECTION l. That Section 30-19 (b) (2), (3) and (4) of the Oshkosh Municipal Gode pertaining to yard rules, which read as follows, are hereby DELETED: DELETE: 30-19 (b) (2) On corner lots in the residence and dwelling dis�ricts there must be a front yard on both streets. On corner lots that were under separate ownership on the effect�.ve date of this ordinance the buildable widtn cannot be reduced to less than �twenty-eight (28) feet except that there shall be a yard along the side street side of such a lot at least twelve (12) feet as well as the required sicle yard on the other side. (3) nn corner lots in the com�rnercial and ir_du.strial districts that rear upon a residence or dwelling dis�rict a ten (10) f�ot yard must be provided along the side street side. That Seation 30-19 (b) t2) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code is hereby recreated to read as folto�,as, pertaining to �ard rules: 30-19 tb) (2) Unl�ss specifi�d differently herein, where the - frontage of a block is divided among distric+�s with differen� front yard setback requirements, the deepest front yard requiremen�c shall apply. SECTION 3. That 5ection 30-11 (b) (9) of the Oshkosh riunicipal Code per�aininq to Corner Lots in the C-1 Neighborhood Business District is hereby created to read as follows: - 1 - �� . . Sec. 30-11 ib) (9) Corner Lots. There shall be a front yard on both streets. There shall be a front yard on both streets. A ten (10) foot setback m�:st be pzovided along all streets where the frontage of �hr� blacks is divided among districts wi�h setback requiremer.ts. Otherwise no setback is required. SECTI0�1 7. That Sec�ion 30-14 (b) (4) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code, pertaining to Corner Lots in C-4 Central Business District, is hereby created to read as follows: - 2 - �� � Sec. 30-I.4 (b) (4) Corner Lots. A ten (10) foot setba�k must be provided along all streets where the frontage of the blocks is divided among districts with setback requirements. Otherwise no setback is required. SECTION 8. That Section 3C�-15 (b) (7) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code, pertaining to Corner LoLS zn M-1 Light Industrial District, is hereby created to read as £ollows: Sec. 30-15 (b} (7) Corner Lots. A ten (10) toot setback must be provided along all streets where the frontag� of the b�acks is divided among districts with setbac7c re�uirements. Otherwise no setback is required. SECTION 9. That Section 3G-17 (b) (7) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code, pertai.r_ing to Corner Lots in M-3 Heavy Industrial District, is h�reby creatc;i to read as fol la�as : 5ec. 30--17 (b) (7) Corn�r Lots.
