A GEtiERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTION 30-2 (b) OF THE
OSH�:OSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO ZONING DISTRICTS.
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 30-2 (b) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code
pertaining to Zoning D.istrxcts and the map �:�eY�eir. descr�.bed is here?�ay
anended by changing the district character of the following described
area from M-3 Heavy Industrial District, M-1 Light Tndustrial District,
and R-2 Two-Family Residence District �o R-5 Multiple Dwelling District:
Parcel 1: From M-3 to R-5
Block Q and that part of vacated Hancock and Oseeola Streets describec�
as f ollows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of Block Q, thence
Northerl� on the extended Southerly line of Block Q, 16.42 feet thence
South 38 -41'-30" West, 20 feet, thence South 51°-4'-30" East to a
point of intersection with the Southerly line of Block Q, thence
Northerly on the Southerly line of Block Q to the point of beginniny;
all in the Western Addition in the First Tnlard, City of Oshkosh.
Parcel 2: From M-1 and C-3 to R-5
Block R, Western Additior. in the First Wdrd, City of Oshkosh.

All of the properties lying within an area bounded by Rockwell Avenue,
High Avenue, Blackhawk Street and the Fox River, in the First and
Fifth Wards, excepting therefrom the following described properties:
(a) Commencing at a pQint on the Southeasterly line of Lot 20 of
Assessor's (Axle) Plat at a point that is 255 feet Southwesterly
of the most Southerly corner of Lot 25 of sa�d Assessor's Axle
Plat, said point being on the centerline of the Oshkosh City
Railway Company track as now laid ou�, thence Southeasterly along
said centerline to its intersection with the South line of

along said Section line to the Fox River, thence Northwesterly
along the Fox River to a line that is parallel to and 98.55 feet

Lot 20 to the centerline of the said Oshkosh City Railway Company
track, thence Southeasterly along said centerline to the place of
beginning. Excepting from the above description such lands as
