WHEREAS, the Common Couneil of the Cit� af Oshkosh heYd a public
hearing on the 15th day of P.prilP 1976, at 7:00 p.n�, for the purpose
of hearing all interested perzons concer_nina, the preliminary resolutions
and reports of the City Manager (Board of T?ub].ic Warks) �n the pra-
posed improv�ments consisti.ng a£ the cancrete navix�g and app�srtenax�t
improvements on the fallowing stre�ts, all purs��nt tc� �tesolutior� :�7

1. That th.e report af the C:ity Maiiager� ac:ting as �h� Board of

2. That the action o� the City Manager in advertising for bic�s
ar_d to carry out the work of such improvements in accordance with the
report of the City Manager and in accordance with the said resolutions
heretafore adopted, is hereby approved, ratitied and confirmed.
3. That payment for suid improvements be made by assessing the
cost of the property benefited as indicated in said report, except as
r.�odified herein.

4. That the benefits and damages shown on the report as modified
are true and correct and are hereby confirmed.
5. That the assessments for all projects included in said
repart are herebe combined as a single assessment but any interested
property owner shall be entitled to objec� to each assessment sep-
arately or both assessments jointly for any pur�rose or purposes.
6. That the assessments may be paid in cash, or in installments
pursuant to Section 25-83 thru 25-89 �f the Oshkosh Municipal Code.
Said deferred payments �.o bear intere�t at the rate af ezght percent
(8$) per annum on the unpaid bal�nce. '_t'he Ca.ty Clerk shall publish an

resolut�on to every property owner whose name appears on the assess-
nent roll whose post �ffice address is knawn ar can with reasonable
diligence be ascertained.

property is at the north end of N. Main Street @ Libbey Avenue. The
assessed footage is being reduced to the point where the concrete paving
will end�
