As responsible person, I have already reserved the pavillion area of Menominee Park for July 17, 1976. On that date will be held the 6th annual picnic for the employees, volunteers, and medical staff of Mercy Medical Center. These people may bring only their immediate families; no outsiders are permitted. We wish to play Bingo on the afternoan of July 17 for about three hours in the area near the pavillion of Menomi.nee Park. About 150 persons will be playing this recreational Bingo. There are no proc�eeds, because the players pay nothing and the winners receive prizes strictly as a benefit. Fischer Director, Employee Rslations � Adotped by Common Council on June 17, 1976 # 33 RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED by the Cor�non Council of the City of Oshkosh that the following Guidelines for Bingo Activities in the Oshkosh City Park System are hereby adopted: ,- . .. .... . � ,Ctj�^F3j:�;�.�y�7�, �-,r�. � � GUIDELINES FOR BINGO ACTIVITIES IN THE OSHKOSH CITY PARK SYSTEM 1. All applications from organizations must be received four weeks in advance of the desired date. 2. Applications will be processed in order that they are received. Organizations, in order to be processed completely, must submit the following information: a. Name and address of organization b. Responsible person, address, and telephone c. Times, dates, and location of desired event d. Estimated number of people e. Statement as to the purpose and proceeds of bingo event. number the 3. Applications, in order to be validated, must fulfill the following criteria: a. b. c. d. e. f. 9• Bingo is allowed only once a year per organization. The purpose of bingo must be for recreation purposes or to serve charitable, non-profit, civic-oriented projects whose goals are self-evident to serve the general interests. Bingo shall only take place in those designated areas of Menominee and South Park picnic pavilions. Organizations must follow the standard procedures for posting damage deposit fees and key returns as in the picnic shelter reservation rules and regula- tions. Groups scheduling picnics shall have priority in scheduling their events. All provisions of the Park Ordinance must be followed. The Department reserves the right to refuse permission for organizations not fulfilling any or all of the __ above conditions.
