T�e Co*:��mon Council nereby c�eclares its intention to exercise its pa°N�= ur.cer Section 66.60 of the L�7i�consin Statutes to levy special ass�s��.ents upon property within the follcwing described areas for �e��ti�s conLerre3 upon such property by ir;�proving the following named s}ree�s; sai� nT.�b? 3_c �.mprovement ±o i.n�Iude t.hP fallowizig: SANITARY SEWER & WATER MATN R40S�.VELT AVENUE from Hamiitan Street to Algoma Boulevard 2. Said public improvement sY�all include the grading of the above na��d street ta the grad� he�eafLer established by special ordir�anc? o� the City of Oshkosh. 3. �efore such improvements are made, the Board of Public Works is direc��d �o cause caater and sewer servicz pipes to be laid in said streets •`ro� the r.iains t� the curb line of each 1�ot £rozzting on th.e sa?d s`reezs and to keep an accurate account of the expense incurred in �rc:�t �f eac'-i lot and report the same to the Ccmptral]_er who shall cause t:?e a:::ount charged to each lot to be entered on the tax roll as a s:.ec?al tax against said road, provided, howevPr, that �.he Board of Pu�? � c'��o=:�cs shall not cause suc� laterals to be so laid for any �ar�;c�..la� lot, or �arcel where, in the opinion of the Board of Pubiic �r+or'.ss, it would be impractical to do so. �, The tota2 amount assessed agains� such district shall not exceeG th� total cost of the i.mprovements and the amount assessed aqa� ns'� anv �arcel shall nc�t k�e yrea�ter than th� b�rieFits accrued �:�ere�o =?-o� sa;i3 impro�rements. �. The assessments ag�inst any parcel may be paid according to ��e pr�visions of Section 25--83 thru 25-89 of the Oshkosh M1lnicipal Ccd�. 6. '��:° 3oard of Public Works is directed to prepare a report cozsis �i�g of : (a) r^iral plans and specifications for said improvements. Upon completion of such report, the Board af Public Works is directed to file a copy thereof in the City Clerk's Office for public inspection. � 7. Upon receiving the report of the Board of Puk�lic i�orks, the City Clerk is directed to give notice of a public hearing on such reports as specified in Section 66.60 (7) of the Wisconsin Statutes. The hearing shall be held by the Board of publie Works at the Counci.l Chambers in the City Hall at a time set by the Clerk in accordance with Section 66.60 (7) of the Wisconsin Statu�es. 8. The Wiscorisin Public �erv�ce Corpora�ion o£ Osr�}�.�sh, VJis�onsin, is hzreby required to install gas mains in said street and service laterals at such intervals as the floard of Public Works shall dir.ect, said work to be completed prior to the improvement of the said street, the City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of this resolution to said corporation forthwith. 9. The Board of Public Works and the proper city officials sha11 do all things necessary so as to complete the installation c�f storm sewers in said street prior ta the improvements thereof, if necessary. 10. The installation of said stree�. impr�vements sha11 be accomplished according to the provisions of Sec�ion 25-3 thru 25�-11 �f the Oshkosh Municipal Code.
