publi� improvements, including plans and spacifications therefore, is
hereby adopted and approved with the following modifications:

6. That the assessmen�s may be paid in cash, or in installments
pursuant to Section 25�83 thru 25-89 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code.
Said de�erred payments to bear interesi at the rate of eight percent
(80) per annum on the unpaid �alancea The City Clerk shall publish an
installment assessmznt notice in accordance with Section 66.54 (7) (e)
of the Wisconsin Statutes for 1969 in the of�ic.ial newspager of t.ha
City.
