Said improverr�ents shall caxi�ist c�f con.crete pavinc� as c�es-- �ribed above and appurtenant work with concrete curb and gutter on both sides of the street at a grade heretofore establi.shed by special ordinance of the Ci�y of Oshkosh, 3. The assessments against any par�el m�.y be paid according to t�e provisions of Section 25-83 thru 25--89 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code. 6. Tne Board of Public Works is directed ta prepare a report consisting of : (a) Final plans and sp�cifications for sai� improvements. (b) An estimate af the entire cost of the improvements and la4erals. The j{liscansi.n Publ.ic Servi.ce Corporation of Osl��kosh, Wisconsi.n� is hereby requirec3. to install gas mains i.n sai.d street and service laterals at such intervals as the Board of Pulalic Works shall direct, said wor� to be compl�ted prior to the i�aprovernent of the said street, the City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of this resolution to said corparation forthwith. 9. The Board of Public Works and the proper city officials shall do all things necessary so as �o c;omplete tl-�e ins�allation of storm sewers in said street prior to the improvements thereof, if necessary. 10.
