On behalf of the Oshkosh, Jaycee I respectfully request that the
Oshkosh Common Council give their approval for the attached beer permit
for Menominee Park North Side lighted diamond for September Sth, 1976.
I apologize for the fact this was not on the last agenda but time did
not permit.
The beer license is to be used in conjunction with the Oshkosh Jaycee
and Jaycette Almost Anything Goes tournament. This project has been re-
viewed by both the park director, Mr. Boyd Kraemer, and the recreation
director, Mr. Charles Drayna and their approval for the use of the fac-
ilities at Menominee Park has been granted. The city police have been
notified the health permit for the food stand has been applied for, and
the city electrician has provided the necessary electrical hook ups.

Your cooperation will be appreciated any proceeds from this project
will go towards community activities. In the past we have used such funds
for the playground equipment at Red Arrow Park, Christmas for needy children,
park tables & benches at Red Arrow Park, as well as numerous other com-
munity services.
