S��TIO�i 1.. That Secti�on 2�-2 (b� af the Oshkosh N;unicipal
Coda p�rtaining to co<<ercial and indu�-�rial areas garbage ar�d refus�
r�.sposal, whic�? read as follows, is hereby regealed:
(b) Ca�i�.:Qrc? al Areas and Industrial Areas a Garbagc: and rubbish
sha1.1 be collected from cor.�mercial and industxial establishments
two (2) ti:*ies per week and the amount of the collection sha11. not
exceed one (1) cubic yard per pick-up or_ two (2) cubic yards per
week. �nything in excess of this amount must. be d�,sgosed �f by
the person concerned.
SECT10�1 2. That Section 23-2 (b) of the Oshkosh Municipal
Cade pertaining to cammercial and industrial areas garbage and
_r�:use disposal, is h�reby recreated to read as follows:
(b) Co�_��ercial Areas and Industrial Areas.
G�rbagP and rubbish sha11 be collected from commercial
and indust�ial es�tablishments a znaximum of two (2) times per
w��'t and �^e amount of collec�tion shall no-t exceed seven (7)
cubic yards per week. Anything in excess of this amoun�t must
