The University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh College of Nursing hereinafter referred to as "The College." �B. The Oshkosh Health and Welfare Department hereinafter referred to as "The hge�ci." Y7ITNESSETH: 47HEREAS, The College must provide instruction in the fields of nursing for all students in order to achieve its objectives, and WHEREAS, The Agency is willing to cooperate with The College for this instr�:c�io:. Accept the fact that the official channels of communications between The College and The Agency in planning relationships will be between the responsible faculty planning member and The A.gency's Director of Nursing Services. In matters of major policy, the official channel shall be between The College°s Dean and The Agency's Director of Nursing Services; c. Be responsible for all college records, including copies which The Agency may wish to include in its files; d. Provide space for the student in The College rather than in The �gency; e. Keep in force professional liability insurance on all College parti- cipants with a reputable company at all times during the existence of this agreement. 2. Tlie Agency agrees to: a.
