Said public improvement shall include the grading ai the above named 5treet to the grade hereafter eatablished by special ordin.ance o� the City of Oshkosh, and the surfacing o� said street wz`h gravel and a dust preventative. 3. Before such improvements are made, the Board of �'ublic Works is d_ir�cted to cause t�rater and sewer service pipes to be laid in said str�et�s frorn the mains to the curb line af each lot frontir.g on the said s-cree�s and to keep an accurate account of the expense incurred ?n front of each lot and repart th� same to the Comptroller who sha1.1. cause t.he amc�unt charg�d to eact� lot ta be entered on 'che tax roll as � special. tax against said road, provided, however, that the Baard of Pablic �yarks shall not cause such lat.erals to be so laid for any �ar�icu�ar lot, or �arcel wheze, in th� opinion of the Board of Fublic ;�7or�_>, i� wauld be impractical to do so. i. (Cor.tinued) _ nz _ INITTAL RESOLUTION - Sanitary Sewer & Water Main & Grading & Graveling (a) Final plans and speci_fications for said improvements. (b) An estimate of the entire cost of the improvements and laterals. (c) An estimate as to each parcel ef property within th� assess- ment district of: (1) The assessment of benefits to be levied for each improvement. (2) The damages to be awarded far property taken or damages by each improvement. (3) The .net amount cf benefits over dan��ages ar of damac�es �ver be�zefits for ¢ach impravem�nta Upon completion of such report, the �3oard of Public Works is directed to file a copy thereof in the City Clerk'S Off].CP. f_or public inspection. 7. Upon receiving the report of the Board of public Works, the City Clerk is directed to give not.ice of a public hearing on such reports as specified in Section 66.60 (7) of the Wisconsin S'::�tutes. Th.� hearing shall be held by the Board of Public Works at the Council Chamb�rs in the City Hall at a time set by the Clerk in accordance with Section 66.6U (7) of the Wisconsin Statutes< 8. The Wisconsin Public Service Carporation of Oshkosh, Y7isconsin, i� hereby required io ir�stall gas mains in said street and service laterals at sLCh intervals as the Board of Public Works sha11 direct, said work to be completed prior to the impr.ovement of the said street, the City Clerk shall forcaar� a certified cc�py o� this resolution to said corporation forthwith. 9. The �3oard of Public jti'orks and the proper city officials sha]_1 do all things necessary so as to complete the installation of storrn sewers in said street prior to the improvements thereof, if nr�rF�<�:�ar•�e 10.
