The Common Council hereby dec�ares its intention to exerc�.se its power under Section 66.60 of the ��Tisconsin Statutes to Zevy special assessment� upon property �vithin the fol.lowing described areas for benefits conferred upon such proper�y by improving the following named streets, said public improvement to include tne following: CONCRETE PAV�NG ROBIN AVENliE - Koeller Road to i�lestfield Street JACKSON STREET - Irvir�c� Avenae intersection 2. Saic' improvemen�ts shall c.onsist af concrete paving as des- cribed above an3 apgurtenant wor.k with concrete cux�b and gutter on both sides of the street at a grade her�tofore established by special ordinance of the Cit� of Oshkosh. 3. Before such zmprovements are made, the Board ot Public E�Torks .is directed to cause wat�Y and sewer service pipes to be laid in said streets from th� m��.ins to the curb line of each lot fronting on the said streets and to k2ep an accurate account of the expense incurred in fronz of each lot and report the same to the Comptrolle� who shall ca�.:se the amount charged to each 10� to b? entered on the tax roll as a s�eciaJ_ tax aga�nst said road, provzded, hotaever, that the Board of Publ.ic tti'orks s�ia11 not cause such la�erals �t� be so laid for any particular ]_ot, or parcel where, in the apinion of the Board of Public �Jorks, it wou3d k�e impractical to da so. 4. The total amount �ss�:s��d against such district. shall not: exceed �he total cost of the improvements and the amount assessed against any parcel ;;hall not be gr_eater than the benefits accru�d t.hereto fro:n said ir,iprovements . 5. The assessznents against any pareel may be paid according to th� provisions af_ Section 2.5-�33 thru 25--89 of the Oshkosh Munici.�al Code. 6. (1) The assessment of benefits to be levied for �ach improvement. (2) The damages to be awarded for property talten or damages by each improvement. (3) The net amount of benefits over damages or of damages over benefits for each im�rovement. Upon completion of such repozt, tne Board of Public Works is directed to file a copy thereof_ in the City Clerk's Office for pu�lic inspection. 7. Upon receiving the r�port af the Board of Public Warks, the City Clerk is directed to give notice of a pu}alic. hearing on such r�ports as specified in Sectior 6b.60 �7} af the Wisconsin Statutes. The nearing shail be held by the Board of Public V7orks at the C�uncil Chambers in th2 Czty Hall at a time set by the Clerk in accordance �oith Section 66.60 (7) of the P7isconsin Statutes. 8. The rrlisconsin Public Service Corporati�n of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, is hereby requi.red to install gas mains in said streE�. ar�d service laterals at such intervals as the B�arc? of Publie Alorks shall direct, said work to be completed p�ior to the improvement of the said street, the City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of this resolution to said corporatiori forthwith. 9. The Board of Public Works and the proper city officials shall do all things necessary so as to complete the inst�:l.lation of storm sewers in 5aid street prior to the improvements thEreat, if necessary. 10.
