paving a.s described above and appurtenant work with concrete cu_�b and
gutt�r on both sides of the street at a grac�e heretaf�re established by
s�aecial ordiz�ance of the City oi Oshkosh.

9. The Board o:E Public 6•7orks and the proper city officials
shall do all things necessary so as to complete the installation of
storm sewers in said street pr.ior to the improvements thereof, if
necessary.
10. The installation of said street improvements shall be
accomplished according to the provisions of Section 25-3 thru 25-I1 of
the Oshkosh Municipal Code.
